STROGANOFF SUPERB 
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
Hot parsleyed noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk

Brown steak in butter in large skillet. Add onions, mushrooms, and seasonings; cook until vegetables are tender. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Serve over noodles.
