RHUBARB CAKE 
BATTER:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour milk, mix with soda
3 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar

Mix batter and spread in pan. Cut 3 cups rhubarb fine, mix with 3/4 cup of sugar. Spread on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
