SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
MIX:

2 lb. bag short cut sauerkraut
2 c. or more flour and bread crumbs (enough to hold and form balls)
Dash salt and pepper
Dash caraway seeds
2 to 3 eggs

Form into balls. Deep fry and test to be sure insides are thoroughly cooked.
