GRANDMA BELLIG'S GREAT FUDGE | |
4 1/2 c. sugar 13 oz. evaporated milk 4 oz. bar German sweet chocolate 24 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips 8 oz. jar marshmallow creme 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped In a 4 quart kettle, boil evaporated milk and sugar on medium heat for exactly 4 1/2 minutes. Pour over broken German chocolate pieces, chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until chocolate is melted. Add nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Cut into squares as soon as cool. Can be frozen. (Cooper) |
