CRUMBLE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened

For chocolate crumble crust, add 1/3 cup dry cocoa.

Combine vanilla wafers and powdered sugar. Blend well and add the melted butter (and cocoa). Press into bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan. Add your cheesecake recipe.
