1 jar marshmallow cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. orange liqueur
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. grated ginger

Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Let set at room temperature for two hours before serving.

You can substitute strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, nectarines or bananas to this instead of orange.
