HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. or lg. can corn
4 tomatoes, sliced or 1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Brown onion and peppers in butter. Add meat, cook until red color is gone. Season with salt and pepper. In 2 quart casserole arrange layers of half the corn, meat and tomatoes; repeat. Cover with crumbs. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
