HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Heat first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Sift together the next 3 ingredients. Pour chocolate mixture over flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda and vanilla.

Bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan at 350 degrees for approximately 22 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

Mix melted butter, milk and sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
