WHITE ENCHILADA 
4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
15 flour tortilla shells

Mix first 5 ingredients together for tortilla filling. Soften flour tortillas in microwave. Fold mixture in shells. Fold the shells to hold the filling. Spread remaining mixture over shells. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
