WAFFLES 
1 c. sour cream (I use 1 c. whipping cream instead)
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 c. pastry flour (cake flour)
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine all but the egg whites. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold them in. Put in your waffle iron and enjoy.
