SWISS STEAK, CHICKEN, ETC. 
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 c. tomato soup
2 - 3 tsp. garlic powder
2 - 3 tsp. onion, minced or powdered
2 - 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Diced potatoes (optional)
Chunked vegetables (optional)
Sliced mushrooms (optional)

Cut your choice of meat into small portions. Quarter potatoes, slice mushrooms (if used) and chunk vegetables (if used) and add to meat. Layer in large pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat and vegetable mixture. Cover with foil. Cook 4 - 6 hours in slow oven heat (300 to 325 degrees). The longer you cook the more tender the meat and potatoes. This recipe works well with wild game.
