CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can condensed sweetened milk
1 can cherry pie filling

Chill can of cherry pie filling. Soften cream cheese in a bowl, add lemon juice and vanilla. Stir. Slowly mix in condensed milk. Beat until mixture is smooth. Pour into pie shell. Let chill for 30 minutes. Then spoon on cherry topping evenly. Other toppings can be substituted.
