Good one, but I added 1 tsp salt, some cinnamon, and used 2 tsp. baking powder instead of soda. Made it lighter.

Very good, simple. I added an extra banana, cinnamon and nutmeg. I used coconut oil instead of butter too. Sprinkled sugar on top. Very yummy. Kids are both loaves in one sitting.

Great and easy recipe! I put cinnamon sugar on top before I baked it and it came out with a beautiful crust! I would make this again in a heartbeat.

Turned out great! Especially if you add the 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, and add 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Also if you just want to prepare one loaf just use all your batter and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes on 350°F and another 10-15 minutes turning the heat up to 380°F. Enjoy! P.S. You don't wait for the oven to reach 380°F just turn it up!!!! I promise, it's Great!!!!!!

Delicious recipe ! Just to make a little healthier I used 1 cup almond flour and 1 cup regular. Also added a dash of cinnamon. Would make again.

Made this recipe for 1st time today. It was absolutely delicious but I added some extra vanilla. We had to get the rest in the freezer fast for fear we'd overeat it after eating 2 slices each. Great and nourishing recipe.

Excellent recipe. I as well added the cinnamon and nutmeg and an extra teaspoon of vanilla. Very good. But cooking time was way off. Mine was overdone by 45 mins. Be careful and watch closely.

delicious, only recommend adding a teaspoon of lemon juice to apples after they're chopped and waiting to be put in batter. Also a teaspoon of cinnamon is a delightful addition.

Great! I made a few tweaks though. I did 4 apples and 4 bananas. I also added a little extra vanilla. Additionally, I added 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg after I folded in the apples for some extra spice. Along with folding in extra spices, I added 3/4 cups of oats since the apples will release moisture while baking and the oats will absorb it. On top I sprinkled with sugar. Enjoy!

I found this recipe to be great. Instead of a loaf tin, I put it into silicone cupcake cups, which gave me 12 and some left over. I also used fresh nutmeg. In addition, I made some mermelade (rotten bananas, fresh ginger, brown sugar) which you put in a pan and let it condense down. Put that on top. To die for!

This was delicious, especially with the addition of about 1 tsp. cinnamon!
