ITALIAN OLIVE SALAD | |
1 lb. green pitted olives 8 stalks celery 1 clove garlic Oregano and crushed red pepper 1 onion 1 green pepper In bowl add olives cut in half. Add cut up onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Season to taste with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and crushed pepper. If refrigerated salad should be take out 1/2 hour before serving. |
