ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese (grated)
1 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 lb. pepperoni (thinly sliced)
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese (grated)
4 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1/2 to 3/4 lb. fried bacon (chopped)
Sm. can black olives

Toss above ingredients and add dressing.

DRESSING (Blend in blender.)
1/3 c. catsup
1 med. onion (chopped)
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt to taste
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar (I prefer only 1/3 cup sugar)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
