DEATH BY CHOCOLATE | |
1 (19 oz.) family size fudge brownie mix 1/2 c. Kahlua or coffee liqueur 3 (3.5 oz.) box Jello chocolate mousse 8 (1.2 - 1.4 oz.) Skor or Heath bars 1 (12 oz.) container whipped cream Bake brownie mix according to package directions; cool. Punch holes in brownies with fork and pour Kahlua over brownies; set aside. Whip up Jello chocolate mousse according to package directions; break Skor or Heath bars into small pieces in food processor or by tapping them with a hammer or heavy object. (If using hammer, keep wrapper on candy.) Break up 1/2 of the brownies and place in bottom of a glass trifle dish. Cover with 1/2 of mousse; layer 1/2 of the candy and then add 1/2 of the whipped cream. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients. Note: Instead of alcohol, you may substitute a mixture of 1 teaspoon sugar and 4 tablespoons of left over black coffee. (Enjoy, Ooh so Good.) |
