ARTICHOKE SALAD 
red pepper
garbanzo beans
red onion
ham, diced
swiss cheese, diced
artichoke hearts
black olives
Italian dressing (Wishbone, etc.)

Dice red pepper, ham, cheese and artichoke hearts. Slice black olives and onion. Drain beans. Hearts also should be drained before dicing. Mix all ingredients together and add dressing as much as you prefer. Amounts can be adjusted.
