CHEESE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. thin white sauce
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. hard boiled eggs (4)
1 (7 oz.) can pimientos, chopped

In buttered baking dish, place a layer of crumbs, moisten with cream sauce. Add a layer of cheese, a layer of pimientos, and layer of grated hard boiled eggs. Repeat layers. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes until pudding is heated thoroughly. Serves 4.
