ICE CREAM 
1 can evaporated milk
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
4 lg. eggs
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Optional: Yellow cake coloring

Mix ingredients together. Pour into ice cream container. Pour sweet milk to line to finish filling. Freeze and serve.

Variation: Chocolate instant pudding and 1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract for chocolate ice cream.
