APRICOT CONSERVE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1/2 c. slivered almonds, chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. granulated sugar

Cover apricots with water and soak overnight; drain. In a medium saucepan, combine apricots and remaining ingredients. Stirring constantly, cook over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Stirring occasionally, continue to cook until thickened. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. Yield: about 1 pint.
