PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, egg, pudding, milk and soft butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into a bottom greased 9 inch pan. Pour drained sliced peaches over batter.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice in small bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon over peaches.

Combine 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of cream cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown in 350 degree oven. Keep in refrigerator.
