SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farms herb dressing
1 onion, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Accent

Mix together list of ingredients into cooked spinach. Freeze in muffin tins. When frozen, put in "zip loc" bag to store in freezer. When needed, thaw and place on thick tomato slices and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
