2 c. strained applesauce
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (7 oz.) 7-Up
Juice and grated rind of 1 orange

Heat applesauce to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients including Jello. Pour in shallow pan and chill. Serve sliced or in squares on a lettuce leaf. Diced celery may be added.
