ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
1 sm. bag grated mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni (cut the slices in half)

Brown and drain the hamburger. Add onion and green pepper. Mix in the tomato paste and tomato soup.

Spray a casserole dish with Pam. Layer the hamburger/tomato mixture, sliced zucchini and pepperoni pieces.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Add a layer of grated mozzarella cheese on top and heat for another 10 minutes.
