GRANOLA 
2 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 c. rice flour
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 lg. apples, grated
2-3 tbsp. undiluted frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients. Put the mixture on a flat nonstick pan, spreading it evenly into a thin layer. Bake at 275 degrees for about 45 minutes or until mixture is dry and rather crumbly. Store in air-tight container.
