6 peaches, peeled & sliced
2 pts. strawberries, cut up
2 tbsp. lemon juice

POPPY SEED DRESSING:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. orange juice concentrate
1 sm. wedge sweet onion

Blend dressing ingredients and keep in air tight container in refrigerator. Pour over fruit at serving time.
