2 cans Del Monte French cut snap beans, seasoned with pimento and pepper 1 can LeSuer green peas 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced thin 1 med. onion, sliced in rings Marinate overnight in 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup oil. Serves a bunch and keeps 2 or 3 weeks in refrigerator. |
