BEAN DIP 
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. taco sauce or salsa

Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup each of the cheeses. Place in large casserole dish, sprinkle with reserved cheese and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
