CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries, ground
6-8 apples, ground or chopped fine
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
Nuts; optional
1 1/2 c. sugar, can be omitted for sugar-free salad
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello, using half the liquid. Mix fruit and sugar. Add to cooled Jello. Let set until firm.
