FRUIT PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. whipped cream
Assorted fruit, cut in pieces (apples, banana, grape, kiwi

GLAZE:

1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 to 4 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook and cool; watch as it scorches.

Sift first four ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Beat egg with sugar and vanilla in small bowl. Add to flour mixture, mix well. Pat lightly into a greased pizza pan, shaping edge. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar in bowl until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream (I use Cool Whip). Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top. Pour cool glaze over fruit. Chill until serving time.
