EXTRA CRISP OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. Grape Nut Flakes cereal
1/2 c. skim milk

Remove skin from chicken. Dip chicken in milk, then in cereal. Bake in teflon pan at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Cover loosely with foil and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Do not turn chicken during baking.
