1 stick of butter
2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt in microwave 2 1/2 minutes. In a big bowl empty large box of Crispix or Chex and nuts if desired and pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir well. Put 2 cups of powdered sugar in a grocery bag then dump in coated cereal and shake well.
