1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) crunchy peanut butter
1 lg. box Crispix cereal
1 box 10X sugar

In a large pot, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir until blended. Remove from heat. Stir in box of cereal. Stir to coat cereal. Put 10X sugar in a clean brown grocery bag. Add chocolate mixture. Shake until well coated. Spoon out pieces on tray. Break up into smaller pieces.
