BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry Kool-Aid
1 pkg. raspberry Jello

Boil beets in unsalted water. Pour off beet juice. Serve beets your favorite way.

Heat to boiling: 3 cups beet juice and Sure-Jell. Add sugar, Kool-Aid, and Jello. Boil for 6 minutes. Pour into jelly jars (6 to 8). Cover with paraffin.
