PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 oz. canned, sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Brown pork chops. Sprinkle rice in 9x13 casserole. Cover rice with soup mix (except for 1 tablespoon). Add drained mushrooms and pimento. Use liquid from mushrooms and enough hot water to make 3 cups. Pour over rice.

Place chops on top and sprinkle with the 1 tablespoon soup mix. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes - 1 hour.
