PORK CHOPS PILAF 
6 pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
3 qt. casserole dish
1 sm. jar chopped pimento

Chicken parts can also be substituted.

Spray dish with Pam. Spread rice in bottom of the dish. Mix the soup and soup mix, water, and wine together. Add to rice. If rice moves, respread it. Salt and pepper pork chops to taste. Lay chops on top of the rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes on the middle rack in the oven.
