BAKED CHICKEN CUTLETS 
6 or 7 chicken cutlets (cut in smaller pieces)
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Spread uncooked rice on bottom of roasting pan. Place chicken on top of rice. Mix together water, melted butter and soups. Spoon mixture on chicken. Bake 2 hours in 300-325 oven.
