PARTY ROLL UPS | |
12 thin slices white bread 8 slices cooked bacon 2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 12 cooked asparagus spears Trim crust off bread. Roll with rolling pin to flatten slightly. Crumble bacon and blend with cream cheese. Spread on bread slices. Lay cold asparagus spears on each slice and roll up. Cut with sharp knife. Place on baking sheet seam side down. Cover and refrigerator until serving time. Brush with melted butter and toast until brown in 400 degree oven for about five minutes. |
