SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 oz. crab meat
2 oz. steamed shrimp
1/3 c. minced celery
1 pinch dill weed
2 tsp. sugar free mayonnaise
1 tbsp. nonfat yogurt
1 c. lettuce

Combine seafood, celery and spices. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise. Combine with seafood and mix gently. Chill. Serve over lettuce. Single serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 cup salad.
