PORK CHOPS WITH MANGO CHUTNEY 
4 pork chops
1 jar Mango Chutney
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. oil
Salt and pepper

Cook chops in hot oil. Deglaze pan with chicken stock and white wine. Pour sauce over chops and spread with chutney.
