SIXTEEN DAY MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. molasses
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Add ingredients in order given. Put lid on and let stand overnight. Can be kept in refrigerator for 16 days. Grease and flour muffin tins or use liners. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. These freeze well also or bake as wanted.
