YUMMY CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
nutmeg

Blend eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle just a tiny bit of nutmeg on top (not much, as it will get too brown).

Bake at 450°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
