CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Line a 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Prick with fork. Beat eggs and sugar and salt. Blend. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
