CRUSTLESS CUSTARD PIE 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
5 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Grease and flour 9 inch pie plate, making sure all areas are well coated. Put all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until well blended. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
