CRUSTLESS CUSTARD 
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 cup milk
pinch salt
1 cup coconut
nutmeg

Put all ingredients into blender (except nutmeg); blend on high speed one minutes. Pour into glass or ceramic pan. Lightly sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes.
