SPARKLING APPLE-RASPBERRY PUNCH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed
2 c. (4 oz. bottles) sparkling apple cider, chilled
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Lime slice (opt.)

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add raspberries, and process 1 minute until smooth. Strain; discard seeds. Combine raspberry puree, sparkling apple cider and lime juice in a large pitcher, stir well. Garnish with lime slices if desired.
