POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (24 oz.) box Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. soft butter
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Thaw potatoes and break apart as much as possible. Mix in all ingredients, except Corn Flakes. Thoroughly, but lightly, butter casserole dish. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until hot.
