CHICKEN ACAPULA 
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk
10 flour tortillas

Sauté onions in butter in a large saucepan. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Spoon about 1/2 c. chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in greased pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over tortillas.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
