RED POTATO SALAD 
7 lbs. red potatoes, boiled, peeled or unpeeled, as desired
1 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. parsley
4 c. celery, chopped

SAUCE:

1 (32 oz.) jar mayonnaise
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Place potatoes in bowl. Mix together sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over potatoes and mix with onion, parsley and celery. Serves 20.
