COOKED CARROTS 
4 c. sliced carrots
Salt to taste
Water
1 sm. onion, diced

Cook carrots in onion, salt and water to cover carrots, until soft. 1/4 lb. Velveeta cubed cheese 1/2 stick butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix above ingredients and toss with hot carrots into bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Yield 6 servings.
